Here's my tip.
Add a splash of white vinegar to your water when boiling eggs.
If the eggs crack while boiling, the white vinegar- keeps the egg from coming out of its shell and making the water cruddy.
The vinegar doesn't do anything to the taste.
Just keeps the egg in the shell.
