Heater Fan vs Light bulbs vs Utility Light, an interesting observation.

While in my garage, I turned on the lights and a heater fan.
Mainly to knock some of the chill off the temp. It's not terribly cold.
Winters are mild in Tidewater VA.
I just wanted to warm it up before I started working in there.
I found my non contact laser thermometer and made an interesting observation.
Well, interesting to me anyway..
