Waxing Hats, Other Stuff and a Water Test!

So I took my hats, bags and other stuff and re applied some 
of the leftover wax for another coat.
Some items got 2 coats, but mostly I wanted to use the wax on 
some new items and then do a water test. 
I also wanted to waterproof the Rothco Classic Paratrooper Bag I just received.
